Shipping & Returns

  1. Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges: Enjoy hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We offer reverse pick-up services for your convenience, with a nominal reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 per order deducted at the time of refund as a cost of two side delivery.

  2. Store Credit: Payments made by you will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, valid for 3 months from the return date. This credit can be redeemed via a coupon code.

  3. Pick-Up Attempts: We attempt pick-up twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you'll need to send it back to our company address. Reverse Pick-Up availability is subject to your area pin code.

  4. Return Conditions: Please ensure the product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Return request will be accepted if  product is delivered to you is wrong or damaged. . Parcel opening video is MANDATORY for any kind of return within 3 days. Refunds will not be provided for products returned in poor condition or clearly worn. PLEASE mail your video on magknitinfo@gmail.com with details.

  5. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Kindly note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We prioritize resolving all pending queries the next day. Please be informed that we do not address customer queries via WhatsApp.

  7. Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible until the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

  8. Delivery Time: Products will be delivered within 7-10 Days from date of purchase.
  9. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 

Refunds for Free Product Deals:

  • Orders made during promotional deals like Buy 1 Get 1 Free are not eligible for returns.
  • orders made during SALE period is not eligible for returns.

Lost Packages:

  • Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, MagKnit is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.
